Job responsibilities

  • Participates in the maintenance activity according to the yearly plan, to ensure the full realization of quantitative indicators and established quality.
  • Participates in the activity of maintaining and developing maintenance capabilities.
  • Participates in the elaboration of technological maintenance instructions for each maintenance phase, both in their implementation and in their modification and ensuring the appropriate adaptation of the technology to the variations and specificity of the useful raw material.
  • Analyzes the maintenance works (preventive or corrective) in order to improve the implementation methods, to reduce the intervention duration and to reduce the corrective works in favor of the preventive ones.
  • Monitors the production and maintenance indicators and proposes projects to improve the availability and efficiency of the equipment but also of the preventive maintenance plan.

Qualifications: Fresh Graduate Electromechanics Engineering

Other Skills:

  • Programming skills (AutoCAD)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

Job responsibilities

  • Follow the technical, machine and process specification
  • Process follow ups according to the documentation (R&D analysis)
  • Scrap management (collection, separation, report, evidence)
  • Ensure the implementation of production programmes and product controls during the production process.
  • Monitor the state of advancement of production, dealing with any anomalies and technical problems.
  • Deploy and develop the continuous improvement program, effective production plan for each machine, development and launch of new products
  • Ensure the proper management of the equipment and materials, effective utilisation of the machines (minimize use, scrap, energy consumption)
  • Auxiliary machine management, optimal start-up of new production lines.
  • Continuous quality improvement policy implementation
  • Contribute to qualification program improvement (multi skill)

Who are we looking for?
Qualifications: Graduate Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with min 2 years’ experience in production or operations; good knowledge of any production process
